I.Performance in 2Nm3/h Electrolyzer
Qina operates vacuum induction melting (VIM) furnaces at 10kg, 25kg, and 300kg capacities, coupled with precision batching systems, to
support collaborative development of hydrogen electrode materials with clients. Additionally, our CONSARC (USA) VIM furnaces (1000 kg and 3000 kg)
enable scaled production of co-developed electrode materials.
Our integrated manufacturing chain includes:
● Wire processing: Rough/fine drawing; drawing annealing; wet wire drawing; subcritical annealing
● Mesh production: Computerized weaving machines; mesh coil cleaning; laser cutting
→ Supports co-development/production of wires & meshes across all diameters.
Advanced catalyst facilities feature:
● Vacuum gas atomization powder systems
● Automated plasma spraying
● Controlled atmosphere heat treatment
● Electrochemical activation lines
→ Enables turnkey R&D and manufacturing of catalyst powders & hydrogen electrode materials.
II. Performance and Stability Characterization of Catalysts, Electrode Materials, etc.
Qina possesses a powder laser particle size analyzer, ICP, 5 electrochemical workstations, 4 electrolyzers (2 Nm3/h capacity), and SEM-EDS equipment.
We provide:
● Powder particle size and composition analysis.
● Electrode coating composition, performance, and stability testing/analysis.
● Electrode surface coating structure characterization/analysis.
● Long-term stability analysis of electrode performance (including accelerated aging tests.)
